We are partnering with multiple suppliers to ensure a huge variety of items, which we will deliver to your door (well just outside it). Making sure that pets get the supplies that they need whilst still allowing you to 'Stay At Home'. Below are some categories of items that we can supply, but the range is vast, so please call us on 0203 6034441 and discuss with one of the team and we should be able to get hold of (and deliver) whatever you need.
Free delivery for all orders £40 or over, prescription medicine AND for all members of our Club (pet health plan)
Pet Food:
We can source a huge variety of brands of pet food (wet and dry) for all pets and, as we are a vet practice, we can also source prescription diets from most brands.
Treats:
Keeping pets mentally stimulated during lockdown is vital. Training and treats help hugely. From thrive, to natures menu to hills and beyond, if your pet has a favourite, just ask us and we will try to get it for you.
Medication:
Because we are a vet practice, we can provide virtually any prescription or non-prescription medicine, delivered to your door. If you are a client of ours, please call us to discuss this. If you are not a client, you may need a prescription from your vet (this can be sent electronically), but even without this, we may be able to help. Just call.
Toys:
Huge range available - just call and we can find something for your pet to keep them occupied.
Poo Bags, cat litter and other supplies:
From poo bags, to litter trays, cat trees to dog leads. Ring us to discuss what you need.
Delivery Info:
We do not use a courier company - one of our own staff members will deliver your items to your door (we will ring the bell or knock and check from a distance that you pick up your items). We can deliver to any address within 5km of the practice premises (N12 0DY) but unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to addresses outside of this distance. Delivery charges are as follows:

Delivery of all orders of £40 or over = Free of Charge

Delivery which includes at least one prescription medicine (not including parasite control) = Free of Charge (even if you add lots of other stuff to the delivery).

Delivery for clients with one or more pets on 'The Club' (our pet health plan) = Free of Charge
All other deliveries (i.e. under £40 order value) = £4.50 (inc VAT) per delivery (irrespective of size of delivery and distance from practice - upto 5km)

We will always endeavour to deliver items within 1 working day, but some items may take up to 3 working days to arrive at the practice and then be delivered.
